You dont need to push for gilded crests.
This isnt a “do 11s
,+10, and mythic raid or youre bad” response.
This is a “do literally anything in the game besides just world quests if you want the gear. Take legitimately 30 minutes of the time you spend aimlessly flying around and do normal, actually partipate in the game youre playing” response.
This isnt a “im just too bad to do the content” angle. Its a “i just refuse to do the content cause i dont wanna angle”.

A lot of delves only take around 10 to 15 minutes.
Heck one of site 9s stories as an 11 can be done at 630ilvl in around 10 minutes lol.

Rewards are supposed to be proportional to difficulty. Flying through orbs is trivial and probably shouldn’t even give valorstones.

Weathered are mostly for world gear. Orbs are world content. And all OP is doing is world content. And only wants Weathered. Which come from world content. Like WQs and trash piles.
Where are you people getting this crap attitude from? OP just wants Weathered. Geebus. Do any of you even know what Weathered get used for? OP isn’t asking Rune or even Carved. Just Weathered.
Each scrap event (the golden trashcan on the minimap) takes two minutes and gives 5 weathered crests. Then there’s other events like the Theater in Dornogal (at the start of every hour) or the Surge Pricing event in Undermine (at 30 minutes past the hour). The DRIVE missions you can do in Undermine also give weathered crests. My main is pretty much capped out on weathered crests every Tuesday while barely even trying.
And getting the achievements for not needing crests anymore, like Weathered of the Undermine reduces the crest costs for your other characters.
I’m just annoyed they nerfed the amount of resonance crystals we get from them. I’m perpetually starved of crystals and I do massive amounts of world content. It doesn’t help that you need a gargantuan amount to buy all the undermine cosmetics.

Did you ask yourself why someone that ks doing content designed and tuned for someone who is ~600 ilvl would want to be 632 without doing anything even close to difficult (since they dont even want to do t4-11 delves)?
If you wont even do the MINIMAL content in mid tier delves, that is the logical mental path the original poster takes. It doesnt take them physically spelling it out for people to see that.

Also, tf you think happens when you hit the upgrade cap on every item where rhe next upgrade would be the next crest level? Thats called moving past the previous tier. You dont need to be 632 to do the content they are restricting themselves to. They would -never- have to hit the cap, but they want to. Thats where im getting that information.

No. They want more weathered from playing and interacting with the game less. Thats why theyre getting the reaction they are getting.

This person isnt doing that. Theyre simply refusing to do ALL content that could drop anything other than weathered, if it was just group content, that would be one thing, but they arent even doing higher tiered delves.
So they are literally doing the lowest effort xontent and nothing else and is upset their resources are limited as a result.
