Patch notes definitely aren’t the place they should be “communicating” with the masses. Time and time again players have shown they don’t even read patch notes. Q&As are better suited for the dialogue some of ya’ll want to happen.

Not so much fortune telling as pattern recognition. People are guessing it will go down like this because most of the Live Developer Q&A’s have gone just like that.

You’re not wrong. All they seem to answer are snowball questions or things people can google and get an answer in 3-minutes.
Any serious concerns about class balance, future class iterations and concern over content will be hand-waved with a non-answer or deflected with a “We’re working on that for 8.2” instead of something with substance.
