The recent flame shock change is bad imo. Testing on dummies spamming flame shock on CD he swaps 2-3 times in his 2 min 48 sec duration. We need to multi dot flame shock for LvB resets. I could not control him at all.
It’s almost like the real bug wasn’t addressed(pet/guardian pathing problems) and instead Blizz tossed a hard-coded band-aid on shamans in the lowest effort possible attempt to placate the squeakiest wheels.
Shoutout to WilliamFeral.
His passion and hot takes helped squeak this wheel. This issue wouldn’t have gotten the attention or interaction without him.

Hahah imagine being a WilliamFeral defending one of the worst mechanics in the entire game.
Either buff/fix Fire Ele, or buff elemental so we don’t have to dump so much hopium into our pet.
Imagine being so upset at totem placement you rotate accounts to talk to yourself 
ALL pets and guardians are currently having targeting bugs…
fix all the pets and guardians that are not working correctly
fix things that are broken
That would require Blizzard to actually address the larger problem of pathing. What they ended up doing was a hard-coded lazy bandaid to placate the min/max whiners(who are going to continue whining their current class isn’t stronger). It doesn’t even solve the problem…and neither would adding “/petattack”.
