nothing is as entertaining as watching the same things that moved wow past vanilla happening again even before one can play it.
The best part of classic is going to be reading all the conflict that is about to hit the classic forums.

To be fair. Blizzard remembering that there was no flying in Vanilla may be the sole reason they're bringing Classic Servers to the table at all.

As much as I love flying and wished pathfinder didn't exist blah blah blah.. I absolutely vote no to flying in classic. It didn't exist and adding it would go against the very grain of classic.
Besides, just wait until you grind out the gold to get your epic ground mount (it was very difficult to get an epic ground mount immediately after hitting 60 if even possible). It would take a lifetime to grind out enough gold to buy a flying mount with the gold that existed then. haha

Time in transit contributes to feelings of immersion. Also contributes to coaching other players instead of immediately kicking them out.
Do you think if this got enough upvotes it would actually happen? Like, I am just trying to figure out the mindset of someone who answers an obvious troll with a serious answer.
Also, if you do think Blizzard would implement it if it got enough upvotes, aren't you at least partially tempted to upvote the heck out of it just to see things unfold? Just out of curiosity?

As much as I believe you are just trolling, this request is not feasible even if Blizzard was willing (but they aren't).
The reason being that Classic is meant to be a minimal investment project and large chunks of the pre-cata world are untextured, outright gaps, and unintended to be seen. Sure they could allow flying mounts to function, but the areas between many zones would look awful and unfinished.
This just isn't something Blizzard is willing to do nor are they willing to invest the time and resources to "fix" those areas so they are polished and blend well with the surrounding areas that are intended to be seen.
