So many buttons, so many mechanics, so many things to keep my eyes on like I’m just trying to play aug Evoker and feel like my eyes are just stuck on my characters resource bar, and not standing in the bad instead of just looking at the game.

I like Talent system from first 3 versions of WoW. Vanilla, TBC, WOTLK. After that, not so much. Having a talent system and a spell/ability setup like that would make the game so much better.

Pretty much. Spend more time looking at a flow chart on the second monitor than anything else. It’s not complicated by any means though.

Most other DPS specs actually take far more work than an augvoker and augvokers get it especially easy (already having a pretty easy "priority system) because their entire schtick is giving up a ton of their personal output and putting it in the hands of their party (and especially the other 2 DPSers). It’s literally the spec I would say the ultra left of bell curves SHOULD be playing to actually be useful to the groups carrying/stuck with them.
But hey, there is always BM hunter to fall back on if you somehow need it to be even easier…

BM is more complicated than it’s ever been. I have to try to line up 4 CDs with boss fight phases. If I just use CDs as they refresh, my dmg will be terrible.

You must be referring to raid. Bm hunter has one cd they have to worry about lining up in keys.

No, it’s not. It’s up about every 40 seconds. You don’t pop your other cds without also popping BW. Ppl are just mad that BM is the most mobile spec in the game.

When op claimed they want less buttons and a game you don’t need to pay attention to?
Like maybe a game you can pause or a turn based game would suit them better if they don’t want to actively engage in a game.
