The worst I’ve done is fly into the wrong embassy in Dalaran…about a hundred times…
I’ve come close to flying into the wrong encampment in Nazjatar. Especially on Horde characters, since the Alliance one seems like it was designed to be right in the way.
MoP was deadly.

No, I do the opposite and have mini heart attacks when I get too close to a camp while wandering about only to remember that that’s the camp on MY side and promptly feel like an idiot.

I do this ALL the time. I used to joke that if I got a dime for every time I clicked on the wrong faction flight master, I would be a very rich woman. LOL
But I’ve landed in opposite faction towns and tried to use the mailbox. (Fun fact! You can’t. 
) I’ve repeatedly flown into the wrong city, especially the buildings in the Vale. I’ve clicked the wrong flight masters. (This was more a vanilla/BC thing in neutral towns.) I got ported in Dalaran all the time. I’ve landed on the wrong ships in BfA and wondered why I couldn’t use the mission table… You name it, I’ve done it. LOL 
Not only do I do that, on some toons I’m quite full of myself. So when I waltz nonchalantly into an enemy city and suddenly find myself getting attacked by everyone, I’m like, “EXCUSE ME!! Do you have any idea who I am?! Oh wait, I’m on the wrong toon–”

Yes. Particularly after spending an extended period leveling an alt before jumping back on a main of the opposing faction.
On another toon, I did that exact thing once while carrying a guildmate on my sandstone drake.

No. But I have my moments where I say “Yeh, take out the Alliance” when I’m playing Alliance. Primarily because I’m Horde 85% of the time.
This has happened on my Alliance alt often going into Orgrimmar

Also I constantly fly into the Horde side of Dalaran to go to portals, forgetting which faction I’m currently playing.
Happened to me during MoP especially with the shrines being right next to each other, since then not so much.
Oh yeh…been there done that !!
Definitely get stunned by guards in Dalaran way more than I care to admit.
How do you manage to Roronoa Zoro your way past at least 2 zones from the nearest Alliance stuff to get all the way into Orgrimmar before you get ganked and realize your folly?
I mess up in Dalaran and at the shrines in Pandaria all the time. Sometimes in BfA when I’m in an opposite faction area, I might forget where I’m going (especially since I can fly). I might see a mailbox or repair on my mini-map and head for it without thinking. They really shouldn’t let opposite faction ones show.
Most who play both sides commonly use Dalaran as their faction Hub to save themselves the headache of getting lost or traveling to the wrong city.
This. I don’t know how many times I’ve been ported out of the Horde area in Dala. Never got it mixed up the other way or anywhere else in the world though.
