Players should have the option to make a house in a solo neighborhood if they choose

Or Heck, Scale The Guild/Charter neighborhoods.

If a guild creates a “Neighborhood” and theres only really 2 Players who play, but have 40+ characters between them. Let them have a neighborhood. However, Scale back what that Neighborhood can have/experience. Make the “X amount of required active players” activate the events within that neighborhood.

Though I’d honestly rather them just scrap the neighborhood event thing entirely. Save neighborhood “events” for Holidays, as in changing the decorations or overall look of the area. example, during the feast of winterveil put snow on the ground and trees. Put the events with rewards in spaces where a vast amount of players can congregate, like the major cities or open world zones. A player shouldn’t have to hope that they’re logging in during the “peak time” for their neighborhood.
