Yeah COVID related names should be banned imo, with the one possible exception being something like ‘Cvirus’ as that could POTENTIALLY be a Resident Evil reference rather than a COVID reference … though I have no idea why anyone would want to reference the worst Resident Evil game (RE6 is the one that featured the C-Virus).
I just think the only thing you should understand is, what you say matters. There are people who will jump on what you said and use it as an excuse to not wear a mask.
I’m sure this has been mentioned, but I didn’t think you were allowed to point out a specific character’s name to use as an example. This probably has also been mentioned, but you can report a player for their name. If it bothers you, that’s definitely what you should do.

If my wording leads people to that conclusion I’m sorry. I just meant that the debate on WHO its protecting seems silly. If it helps it helps. Every bit counts. You’d think a community that obsesses about min/maxing would understand that.

I’ve seen it on both sides . There’s even one in a certain alliance zerg guild that has some very atrocious names and nothing is said.

Both sides say they see it more with the other side. You will probably get an Alliance player come on here soon and say they see it with more Horde players lol.
I went back and changed it as I realized exactly what you said, but there is one alliance guild i’ve noticed that has some very bad names.

I am in Nashville, TN. Not one thing in my life has changed. I have never worn a mask - not one single time (and I never will) - and I go anywhere I want and never have a problem. Not once. Not one person has said a word to me.
I am truly sorry for you - this is RIDICULOUS.

There are quite a few places in this country that have very bad covid rates. How great it is to be in an area where you don’t suffer much. As for me and my own, we live in heavy tourist areas and that’s how it’s brought in.

covid has existed since, well animals…just because this strain has you scared for almost no reason doesnt mean you have to rant about it

I live in NJ and our governor essentially shut down the state. In fact, there is a whole list of states outside of NJ that if you live in, and come here, you have to quarantine for 14 days. It’s mandated you were a mask while going to the store etc, and inside dining JUST opened up last friday at 25% capacity.
I WISH we didn’t have to deal with it, but here we are. Dealing with it.

I have friends who got Covid, some died some didn’t. They were all ages, not just elderly. I’ve heard a very healthy 22 year old speak in February while she was suffering through Covid. It’s not pretty and no, this thing has not been around since the dawn of time.
