Player Housing

Goes to show how oblivious I am. I had no idea what Epsilon was. HOLY

I would think since Blizz owns all this stuff, they can do even better.

One of my friends streamed their asset room to me. There are a lot of assets.

I won’t play on Epsilon because they allow a lot of headcanon lore from what I understand. I’m not a fan.

They’re also a lot smaller than all of WoW, so I assume they have less original code to manage.

I do hope they just go nuts with assets, no matter how old and crusty the assets are.

There might be a desire to say, “no, don’t use those old Gilneas assets for your worgen-themed house, wait until we can make some new hi-rez worgen stuff”… and those updates may or may not ever actually happen. In the meantime we’ve got some reasonably serviceable worgen stuff that’s been around for a decade, just let us use it I guess.

The fact that WoW has so many assets that look a little embarrassingly lofi by modern standards might lead to a desire to gatekeep what players can actually use, but I say just let me use the N64-tier vanilla models if I feel like it.

Along those lines, one of the things I would love to have - particularly for Kina - is a “trophy room”. Just a place to display all the weapons she’s collected/made over the years. Her void storage is full of stuff from pre-transmog days. I have a sword that was made by another player for her as a wedding gift when she and Huatar got married. It would be cool to display some of that - maybe even add a discription “plague” so visitors (assuming we can have visitors) could read about it.

Okay I have been downloading a new game and hear me out.

Valheim style building and terraforming in your own patch of themed land with the aesthetic of your choice.

Night elf, Stormwind, Vrykul, Orc, Troll, Demonic, or whatever.

Maybe make the resources farmable in the overworld and separate from power gain nodes. (You don’t need a profession, you just need to chop down a tree) If you want you can sell resources on AH but they would be common enough buying from players is a simple matter of convenience.

So yeah. Valheim construction. Let’s see where that goes.

THIS IS THE SONG OF MY PEOPLE

Meats, meat and a man’s gotta eat.

Do Dark Rangers eat corpses like the Forsaken do?

It would be a shame if you turned undead and didn’t get to eat a corpse.

You know…that’s a question.

I mean… doesn’t everyone?

Why do you have to be undead to eat corpses, maybe Draenei want to eat corpses sometimes too? Have you ever considered that?

That’s what I said. Horray for eating sapient species!

Mrs. Rakham says “Remind them that trolls also practice cannibalism. And even though it may have been “given up” in “public” that’s just in public.”

I’ve always been annoyed that we can’t skin the corpses of humanoid/intelligent species. You can make a pair of pants out of human flesh just as well as any other hide.

I’ve been very confused on the inconsistency of which spiders I am and am not able to skin in this xpac.

See, that’s another thing. Skinning a person makes more sense than skinning spiders.

Sets a chair down and grins then sits down and begins fumbling around in his pack finally producing a shiny, red apple. A loud, crisp crunch is heard as he takes a bite.

“YUUUMMMM…”

Look at that Alliance player and his chair!

*Stands behind the sitting dwarf wondering if its head will make the same sound as the apple if he bites in. *

It think it’s got more of crunch than an apple.
