No, what I ACTUALLY kept saying was this:

Cross faction guilds when?

You can have cross-faction guilds, but only in bubble worlds like instances, as we’re seeing. (Well, you could have a “cross-faction guild” where people can’t trade or group or quest together, but… doesn’t seem like much of a guild, to me.) I’ve been explaining this to people for a long time, about how Blizzard can do whatever in instances because they’re split off from the rest of the game. Which is EXACTLY what happened. And then people were “surprised” at what happened, even though I was right on the money and telling everyone the limitations involved for ages.

Could Blizzard do more player housing with their “slots” Mr. Potato Head system, like the garrison had?

Sure.

But the player housing folks screamed at the top of their lungs that THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

So Blizzard won’t. There’s no point in them doing it.
