On this post Main Idea: You will have a zone called the “Neighborhood” that will connect you directly to Stormwind or Orgrimmar portals area…
…PLUS an “Anchor item” (heartstone toy) that can be placed for Teleporting you directly into your ‘Player House’ and another to your ‘Guild Hall’ instances.
Alike to the one from the EverQuest game, but new and much better in every aspect.
Players cannot ignore that EverQuest (EQ) while it was owned by Sony Online Entertaiment was the #1MMO Game on its peak. WoW came and EQ died by many negative reasons. WoW became on its peak the #1MMO as well.
Yes It is needed.
If it is alike the EverQuest game system but much better, It will be a great add to the Game. Players will be enjoying the game much more and Blizzard (World of Warcraft) will be getting more money for them as well.
I cannot wait to have 'Player Housing: World of Warcraft", so I can place all my Epic items, different types of Mounts and Battlepets, built & design on my own Personal PLOT and Guild PLOT (Areas). If it is done as I have suggested to the game.
( Player Housing in World of Warcraft ).

Agree 100% with this. …I bet WoW could give “Rewards Trophy’s” from the /Achievements Completion, (PvE/PvP - Group/Raid), that you can be able to place at your Player Housing plot and Palatial Guild hall plot, showing your In-Game Awards, if they do it like the post I suggested to them:
—> ( Player Housing in World of Warcraft ).
Each comment keeps the post up and the conversation alive, thanks for sharing what you have in your inside.
I hope you like the Idea. As we all have seen, @BLIZZARD (WORLD OF WARCRAFT) It is already considering these suggestions of “Player Housing in World of Warcraft”. =)
Disagree. This would be a great idea if Blizzard World of Warcraft do it with these things as Base: ( Player Housing in World of Warcraft ). <— Please read it well, this will works perfectly fine, and more with the Blizzard World of Warcraft sources and creativity. I will be one of the thousands players that will be waiting for them to do it.
I would like how they would in Stardewvelly or in mostly Coummity you find place to eat and dine, Go watch movie in theator, or sit at home watch tv or Tune in raido.
I hope Blizzard reconsider that having the ability to have infinite houses for your main alt characters would be ten times more better than being in a same dull shared house one per account with zero freedom and ability to have creative different homes for your set alts and main alt characters where you can atleast have different buildings and different unique architecture and personally that isn’t shared warband wise.
That would be so great just to have different housing options for my paladin, mage, rogue, hunter. warrior, shaman, druid, death knight, and x etc characters than just sharing a house unless if you wanted to do a guild hall that is other than that atleast let players have their other main characters have a chance to build their own houses in the game.
I hope if you did, that you like the basic/base ideas that we have been suggesting for making this Player Housing something great.
Example:
BRIEF DETAILS OF THIS SUGGESTION:
NEIGHBORHOODS = Neighborhoods are instanced. Each neighborhood has its own name, but they are all based on the same zone. Only characters that are members of the guild are allowed to purchase plots in guild villages. In the search tool you can see all the available neighborhoods and how many player plots or guild plots are used in each. If you click on the neighborhood name, it will display all the characters and guilds who own plots in that neighborhood. As current neighborhoods fill up, the game will automatically create new ones for players to move into. It is also possible for a guild to buy a private neighborhood. In the Blizzard Balance Shop there is a Guild Writ of the “zone name”. You can purchase this and activate it to create a guild specific neighborhood. The neighborhood will belong to the guild, not the person who creates it with the writ. Once you’ve created a guild specific neighborhood, you’ll see it added to the Neighborhood Search tool as “Guild Name” Village. It is also possible for a guild to have more than one Village, but not more than one guild hall across the different villages. Only characters that are members of the guild are allowed to purchase plots in guild villages.
PLOTS = Each neighborhood has 100 player plots available for purchase. Players can own up to three plots in total across all neighborhoods. There are also four guild plots in each neighborhood, but a guild can only own one guild plot across all neighborhoods. Plots have a purchase cost and an upkeep cost. These costs vary by the plot. You can find this information (as well as ownership information, if it’s already owned) by clicking on the stone marker on a plot’s border. You can go to a plot very quickly by clicking on the transportation (portal) pillar near the entering zone line. It will bring up a list of all the plots in the neighborhood. You can sort by area, address, type and owner and you can filter for player, guild, owned and vacant.
HOUSES = You have the option of placing a house on your plot. Doing so grants you access to another instanced zone (the interior of the house). Whereas the neighborhood is a public zone to which anyone can access, your house is private with the option of granting access to whomever you want. Houses are entered and exited by clicking on their front doors. There are one room houses and three room houses available in one of four levels and in various styles. The combination of the number of rooms and the level determine what you can place and/or store in your house and what the upkeep is for the house. The four levels are: Hut, House, Residence, and Domicile. Each house (and apparently crates and plots) has two types of storage. The first is the total storage allowed and the second is the number of “any items” or of non-placeable items. This is the number of regular inventory items you can store in the house. There are also Manors available from either the Blizzard Balance Shop or the Loyalist Vendor NPC.
Complete Standard Guild Hall Package - Complete Grand Guild Hall Package - Complete Modest Guild Hall Package & the Complete Palatial Guild Hall Package which It may be the luxury and expensive version of the four. NOTE: Complete Palatial Guild Hall Package = This is a collection of all basic guildhall items. It includes: Palatial Guild Hall - Collection of Standard Guild Furnishings - Collection of Standard Guild Services - Collection of Extra High Value Guild Furnishings.
