Very, very true. I was also thinking the opposite way. Being thin does not always mean one is healthy. Our culture is too obsessed with appearances rather than substance. Health and fitness are more important than the number on a scale.
Exactly. I have to get back into doing my weights and walks to build back up to what I was lifting.
I saw some folks doing power lifting and Iâm thinking, âhey⊠hey I can do that.â So I may start working for that, which would be interesting and I feel fun to do. I like lifting things anyway lol
Iâm already losing the hair, my hair is also thinning really bad, experiencing the really bad cravings and urges.
Yet I somehow lost no weight
T.T
I donât have any muscles. Can barely hold groceries. I used to be so fit, strong, and slim. Could even easily hold a huge VCA TV bigger than my entire body.
That means your intake is the wrong thing. Your body craves things that has nutrients in it your body craves for. If youâre losing hair, you may be not getting enough nutrients and I would def consult a doctor to get you on a good diet plan.
A good diet / exercise plan will get you out of that losing hair and all that and help you lose weight / tone up. Remember, your number can be the same but you tone up.
I would def speak with a doc then because you may have an underlying issue causing something.
no one can help you with the weight issue cause everyoneâs different when it comes to diets. i been a diabetic for most my life and in so many groups and thereâs always someone in these groups pushing some kind of diet best thing ever your blood sugars will be perfect lol then 50 people telling them it didnât work for me. seek good doctors if you want help cause thereâs many of them pushing things that donât work for everyone.
therapy is amazing thing if you find the right doctor. i been skinny all my life no matter what whether working out or sitting on my butt no matter what.
Iâm sorry. I really am. There⊠really isnât anything I can do to offer advice. And Iâm sorry for that. Iâm just not in a position to. The only thing I can really say is I think you really need help. Not in the âJust go see a therapistâ way. But you need a support structure. A care plan. Something. You have to speak to someone.
I literally canât beg any harder over a computer.
sorry
Donât be. /hug you were looking for a place for support and advice and we are helping as best we can. You now have more information than what you started with, ya?
This is very not good. It shows that the âdietâ youâre on is not right for you. As I said earlier, please talk to your health provider and get referrals to people who can help you. A proper diet is only one step toward overall good health.
It sounds like you may have an underlying medical condition that needs treatment. If your current doctor is dismissive of your needs, you must stand up for yourself and find a more suitable provider. This goes beyond mere weight.
why not both?
push-ups/sit-ups/pull-ups everytime you dont time an m+ or something.
also make sure thereâs a flight of stairs between you and the fridge/coffee-maker
Nonononononono. Do not be sorry for your condition. No one should ever feel bad about a condition they have at all. But seeking help isnât bad. Itâs not a sign of weakness. I know that at any given time youâve done your best. And thatâs all that can be asked. But this is a monster no one can fight alone. And no one should feel like they have to.
^So much this!
The only downside to this is when you go to the bathroom and youâre running down the stairs and miss a step!
Scares you and the cat.
I used to run stairs and deliberately skip steps. Of course, thatâs completely different from accidentally missing one. I hope the cat isnât too traumatized.
Nothing happened. No streamers ever affected me, maybe people I met did more so. Some in a good way, some in a terrible way.
Just do it. If that is what would make you happy. Donât limit yourself to one meal a day, that isnât healthy. Eat whatever your body requires, you donât need to make yourself attractive to find someone whoâd be with you. People whoâve been through enough relationships know to look at the heart rather than the body superficially. Ofc, it does matter to a certain degree, aesthetics play a role but I mean to tell you that if youâre doing it just to look good for someone else then donât sacrifice your long term health for some short term looks or appearances.
Anyway! Start now, donât waste time on the forums. Chalk out a plan and follow through with it. And also, I heavily doubt that people over the forums can be of much help. After all, its you who has to do it. You know yourself well, at best youâre thinking aloud and weâre just voices in your head. Its difficult to do it, its rough. Just try to slowly cut it down and then you play for 2-4 hours a day.
Well I didnât land on the cat so she is fine.
Thank you Pride, youâre always so supportive towards me. (~Momoshiki, Borushiki)
Ofc~ ^_^â;;
Just eat less calories then you burn. I lost a tremendous amount of weight eating 800 calories a day.
Check with a dietitian if you go that route you have to follow a super strict diet toâŠwell not die.
Please feel free to continue doing the keto diet, but without proper education, please donât suggest diets to people.
