Barman shanker is a dying server worsened by the day. We cannot find dps for 5man runs here, Our auction house is dead and the things posted rarely sell… All of the people stating they dont want free xfers to jom are stating this because they know thats where the bulk of players want to go and we’ve seen that based on the fact people are willing to completely reroll from geared prebis /ranked character to start over on jom. No one wants to play on a dead server. Either we take the xfers to jom and it becomes one mega server for all - OR servers need to be cross realm the way classic is. We are continue to lose players at a daily rate because of the inaction look the other way approach blizzard has had so far to server population

Free transfers from all low pop realms to Barman regardless of faction.
Free Alliance only transfers from Jom to Barman.
This will create two decent PVP realms, one medium and one mega.

Any expectation of cooperation for transfer transition is officially dashed. You can expect an equal amount of hostility when it comes to farming mats for anyone’s attempt at a world first. In fact, you can expect a certain degree of sabotage and disobedience. The Horde have crossed the line, and there WILL be retribution. the server is dead and you dont want xfers off because you know the remaining stuck players who dont want to re-level and re-gear will leave your dying guild quicker than the alarming rate they already are because of your guild leader being toxic
