Booty Plunderers: 6/9 mythic BOD

Pirates is very happy to announce the reform of the mid-week team! Team Booty Plunderer’s will be starting off with a 3-day schedule. The guild’s atmosphere will be hardcore. You need to play with the idea that no raid spot is secure, and the best player will get brought into raid. Come prepared, with knowledge of each boss and appropriate consumables. No alts are required but are preferred.
BoD Schedule:
Progression: 3 days - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30 PM CT to 12:30 AM CT (Server time)
Farm / Post tier: 2 days - Tuesday, Wednesday 8:30 PM CT to 12:30 AM CT (Server time)

New Tier Schedule:
Progression: 4 days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30 PM CT to 12:30 AM CT (Server time)
Farm / Post tier: 2 days - Tuesday, Wednesday 8:30 PM CT to 12:30 AM CT (Server time)

The idea behind playing a more intense 4-day schedule at the start of each tier, is to give you time to do M+ and play other games you want to play when we push back to our casual schedule. No burn out!

The Pitch

Pirates is a World of Warcraft guild founded in December 2015 by a group of nerds dedicated to tackling the highest difficulty raid content. Pirates succeeded at putting together a mythic progression team late in Draenor and pushed so hard into Hellfire Citadel that Archimonde begged for nerfs. The original core developed enough Herculean strength to lead a pair of teams that toppled the Burning Legion.

We are looking for skilled raiders capable of mastering rotations while laughing at mechanics for being too easy. We will continue recruiting until Sylvanas dies or runs out of money. If you are prepared to become a pawn, join us in the battle for Azeroth!

We take raiding seriously but we have a relaxed atmosphere in which you can crack terrible jokes. We won’t tolerate toxic, elitist attitudes. We encourage members to ask for help in guild chat and the active Discord server.

When it comes to the booty, our Loot Council distributes gear to maximize raid performance. Decisions are primarily based on performance and attendance, followed by size of upgrade. We use RCLootCouncil to expedite decision making based on responses from the whole raid team.
