Mom and Pop shops are the best places to get pizzas. They almost always seem to put a little more effort into their pizzas.
I wouldn’t trust either of those places with a pizza at all. Both of those places are just gross.

We unfortunately don’t have any mom and pop pizza places in my town, just Dominoes, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars and Papa Johns so I take the lesser of the 4 evils and go with Papa Johns.

Little Caesar’s has gotten better. I worked there years ago and their pizzas have improved.
Don’t know if I would trust them with a custom pizza, but a $5 pepperoni pizza is a solid deal for a quick takeout order.
I ordered pizza for my work on Thursday and we did that exact same deal. 1 Pepperoni, 1 Hawaiian.
Worked for them over Thanksgiving/Christmas here, and at least in my area - I’d fear the lil guy wielding the sword!! (LAWL)
But I do still love their crazy bread. They just don’t deliver which sucks.
Mine is a block away from work and I have to pass it on the way home, so I’ve grabbed a premade pepperoni a couple times.
I live out in the middle of nowhere, and rely on taxis when I gotta get around and they charge $5 per stop so I gotta go with the delivery option unfortunately.
But hey, definitely not knocking those pre-mades for some stores, I just think its this town’s lack of standards in pretty much everything roflmao

We used to have this one build your own pizza place kind of like Fire Pie or Mod Pizza I used to go to and order a pizza with white sauce , chicken , bacon , mozz, gorgonzola, roasted red peppers , fresh garlic and basil.
A true pizza is a pizza of cheddar, made just of cheddar, with only cheddar.
Hawaiian pizza is very different from Pineapple Pizza for good measure.
Anti pineapple pizza people are so dramatic.
