I was surprised to find that that I liked pineapple on a burger. But Red Robin’s banzai burgers* are actually really good.
*Cheddar cheese, pineapple and teriyaki sauce on a burger.

ham steak is sooo boring without a slice of pan fried pineapple on top.

Well, not when it’s just ham. But once it’s pulled pork or ribs, it’s amazing! Barbeque can do wonderful things to a boring piece of meat.

i’ve seen “american pizza”, and it doesn’t look like something i’d eat.
i also don’t eat tomato, so the first pizza i ever ate was one i made myself.
it took a bit of tweaking before i figured out the right combination of toppings.
maybe that’s another american thing… the stuff i’ve seen americans refer to as “ham”, looks more like spam
I’ve got nothing against pork. I love me some ribs or bacon. Ham is just meh though; it’s not bad, but it’s not great either.
