Pilgrim's Bounty Quest Resulted in being stuck in Legion timeline

Started doing the Pilgrim’s Bounty cooking quest and when I went to Durotar to turn in Pumkin Pie I couldn’t see any of the bounty tables. I looked on Wowhead, and found the article that said “if you can’t see it, you need to start the BFA questline”. Which I did, and once I finished the “storming the beach” quest I got back to Kalimdor and sure enough, I could turn in the Pumkin Pie quest.

Except NOW I’m stuck with Sylvanis standing outside offering quests, no portals to Valdrakken, or Oriboros, and all the NPCs from the bank to the auction house are all standing around in the wrong place.

I tried talking to Chromie, she doesn’t have any options since I’m lvl 80. I tried using the unstuck feature, that didn’t do anything AND I wet back to Dornogal and took the portal back to find that OG is still stuck in Legion.

I’ve put in an in-game ticket, but I wanted to share here as well. Because I’m sure I’m not the only one who will find they have trouble with Pumkin Pie.

update: stuck in Legion, not BFA

This is better in the bug forums where the developers can take a look.

I posted a bug in game as well. I’m hoping there is some other way to reset my time-line that I don’t know about.

Honestly ticket is the best option stuck on quest ticket would be the ideal option you could try killing ur self ingame or joining a BG/arena.

It sounds like maybe you did Legion instead of BFA intro? There should be a bit more to go with that chain after you return to Org. There is a funeral and discovering undercover demons bit. It sounds like you have a few quests to do there before it phases you out of the Legion intro.

Sounds like maybe you are about here.

Apologies if I’m incorrect but it seems like (and article mentions) you did Legion and not BFA.

Edit: apparently the phrase of the day is “sounds like”!

Edit 2: Also wanted to add that if it is just quest phasing that tickets, queuing for BGs, or (usually) abandoning quests will not unphase you. You need to finish the quest line to get things back to normal.

yes… legion… not BFA

Did you find the quests to finish up the storyline and unphase everything?

Jeysca, you nailed it… I had to finish the quest chain through “Keep Your Friends Close” to get things phased back to normal. Once I turned it in all portals came back and I was no longer totally alone in OG.
