Mix pomegranate and raspberry juice. Should get you that ruby red tone.

Mix with Sprite for Moonberry Fizz.

Bad Clams

My take;

1 lb Pacific razor clam
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup black coffee
2 tbs corn starch
2 tbs squid ink
2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
pepper, paprika, onion powder, 3 garlic cloves, 3 slices of chopped fried bacon, soy sauce, Worcester sauce

Saute clams in stock, mix coffee & ink with corn starch, add spices, thicken sauce with starch, serve over treasured picture of dead grand parent, eat clams while admonishing clams for ruining photo of your ancestor

Iā€™m from Hawaiā€™i, so this is something special for me.

.5 oz of light rum, triple sec, gin, vodka, tequila

Instead of sour mix, I prefer pineapple and lemon.

If you want to go more fruity instead of cola, you can get that amber hue from mixing different fruit juices. Orange, raspberry, strawberries. Although thatā€™s more fruity that anything :eyes:

I second the gooey spider legs, I think that would be really awesome to see. Thereā€™s actually one way you could do it, you could bake a cake and shape it up to take the form of a spider, and when you cut into it, it could ooze out something blue, red, or golden. Wouldnā€™t that be a neat, yet disgusting thing to eat?

Iā€™m still thinking about it. Thinking tempeh and shaping it to look like legs. It tastes like crab cakes. Gonna go buy some stuff to experiment right now.

Thats by far the best one Iā€™ve seen yet, and actually looks better then the idea of the gooey spider legs.
