Physical Authenticator Low Battery, Want to Switch To Mobile

I want to switch over to a mobile authenticator with my phone since my physical authenticator purchased when they first came out is now starting to run low on it’s battery. How is this done please?

As long as the physical authenticator is still working, you can simply remove that and then add the mobile version instead. You should be able to do this from the account admin section.

Ummm yeah that isn’t there about removing the authenticator

Follow the Manage Security Options link on that page.

That will have you login to your battle.net account and take you to a page which will list the authenticator. Hit the link to update the authenticator where you will find the option to remove it.

Just tested it myself. The option to delete the authenticator was there under update authenticator.

Aye, it should just there on the front page instead of having a little link in the corner
