This has never worked. This bug or break they did with this guild vault/pet cages never changed. It’s been the same, I am the GM of all the guild vaults my pets were in, it’s going on 3 months possibly longer, I stopped keeping track. Even if you claim it worked one time for you, that’s 9999 times it didn’t work for the rest of us. I have 4 guild vaults of my own most had pets, I now have 6 alts storing them all in.

Just jumping in to bump this post as it’s still an issue. Just had to pull 6 cages out of my guild bank because it wouldn’t show what the pets were.
in there letter Blizz said they were gonna look into it… they never mention fixing it… i think that’s how they think
Adding to the thread. GM of pet guild bank with all tabs full and sorted by rank etc. Inventory shows pet available however requires pulling each cage out one by one in order to find it. So frustrating if trying to fill out a team. Placing in back in bank auto cages again. Praying this “small” issue will get some love from Blizzard soon.

I thought my addons screwed me again, but clearly this is not the case, zero addons no item info. Blizzard!? Where are you on this?
Hey at least the issue with titles not staying assigned to a character was fixed. How much work can you expect every other year from maintenance code slingers? One fix - one very long vacation I think is the Microsoft terms of employment. 8>)
Extended maintenance today and you still couldn’t fix this bug. Know why I’m posting on this character and not the “Famule” one I’ve been using for the guild bank bugs these past few months? Because that account is now expired and I’m not putting any more time on it. This account has two months of paid time left and I can only assume you won’t have these bugs fixed by then so I will be done with Blizzard. I paid for 5 accounts for 15 years now and since you emptied my guild banks and then won’t let me see which pet is which in the guild bank, I’m down to just one account…for two more months. Good job Blizzard. Takes a lot to lose someone like me as a customer.
Another patch and it’s still broken. Can you just acknowledge it’s an issue and tell us you’re working on it.
They acknowledged it as an issue 4 months ago.
4 months and we’ve had nothing since. No, we’re still working on it guys. No, we don’t know what’s caused it but we’re looking into it. Nothing. Zero communication. PATHETIC
That’s how they roll now. Took almost 2 months before they said a word about the guild bank disaster, and that was only to say, more or less, too bad so sad, feel free to continue to pay money to regrind your stuff, which may or may not disappear again.
Another maintenance, another middle finger by Blizzard.
24 days left on my last subscription and I’d just like to say they still haven’t fixed this.
