That’s not just “removing the belly fat,” that looks to be literally an entirely different model. Way, way more resource- and time-intensive than just making the torso a little different. Head’s a different size, stance is different, limbs are different sizes.
Given that they already didn’t include the “skinny” option, I’m going to go out on a limb here and saying that a strapping Vrykul-looking rig probably isn’t in the cards either. 
Especially since it took them as long as it did to get the already brand-new rig for the husky humans going in the first place.
