For all I care they give her the body 1 Kul Tiran model. You see examples of them at comic cons all the time.

my head cannon is that the big Kul’Tirans we can play are those who have strong ancestry to the Drust, the Vrykul who inhabited the regions before humans arrived.
Gives more connection to Kul’Tirans druid forms
Also, Vrykul and Kul’tirans… hardly seems like a coincidence
