Please for the love of god fix our spec. It’s literal trash single target. I can live with the middle of the pack aoe that we deal when compared to fire but if we can’t single target for crap. Forced to go fire is forced to stop playing

signed… might stop raiding and playing in general because re-setting up on fire just doesn’t seem like something I really have the motivation to do. 97 parsing on frost and still doing lower-middle damage is actually tilting. crazy how they hard nerfed us when we didn’t even need to be nerfed.

Frost is at the very bottom. That’s how low it is. A unholy DK can get a 60 parse while a frost mage gets a 98 parse…and that unholy DK has done as much DPS as the frost mage or MORE. The difference between Frost and the top classes is no less then 30% DPS.
They murdered Frost during the pre-patch. This is after months and MONTHS of being told by streamers and testers that Frost is “A” tier. Only to get nerfed in pre-patch to “F” tier. By far.

Problem is we only go up 5 ilvls a week if we’re lucky… and i feel like that is probably the high end at this point… So lets say i go up 4 ilvls a week im 203 at the moment and have had to switch fire in heroic as i get kicked for being frost. So we’re talking at least 6 more weeks before i’m that ilvl (also best possible stats which prob won’t happen). So lets say 7-8 weeks to get 226 ilvl with best stats… and yeah i don’t think i’ll be doing mythic as frost so lets say more like 11 weeks. So i need to play the expansion 3-4 months nonstop in order to perform as good as every other spec in the game that has spent the same 3-4 months performing 20% ahead of us… like scaling is certainly a thing but as it stands i get kicked and can’t raid any content as frost currently, so are we just supposed to wait 6months until the next raid to be relevant again? Yeah no thanks… i’d rather unsub than struggle in raid for the next 3 months plus… it’s just not acceptable.

Being playing my mage as main since vanilla… this is the first time I’ve started maining something else. Frost feels horrible.

I rerolled my mm hunter for now. It’s hilarious doing same or greater dps 21 ilevels lower and let’s not even mention aoe .
I don’t even a single legendary on my hunter yet.

Signed. I took a 10 year break. Came back to the same BS. I leveled a frost mage over my lock for this. Either way I lost.
