What are you talking about? Alliance is doing just fine in PvE and PvP in Classic. AV is the only outlier.
Stop hiding behind your racial crutch, spend the 2 weeks social distancing to reroll another alliance 60 and enjoy instant ques.
Or sit and wait for 3 hours.

Have you seen the state of AV? I donāt think getting farmed by the horde is an incentive for most people.
They need more than what you listed, it has to be a greater incentive than the hordes incentives. Currently Horde racials are a bigger incentive than the alliance ones. As long as Horde incentive > Alliance Incentive you will have this problem.
Couldnāt really tell you, Iām no expert on vanilla, but I can tell you a lot of vanilla expectations were shaken up by classic.

perception. - situational. unless you have 6th sense there is a rogue around, itās useless.
stoneskin - because bleeds for 6 seconds is a game changer in pvp.
escape artist - unlike WOTF, it has a cast time. And snares are a weaker CC to FEAR.
fear ward - because every battleground has a priest. And every battleground has a dwarf priest. And that dwarf priest is absolutely going to use that on someone else in a PUG environment such as AV.
paladins - are great! IF they are holy, and IF itās not a pug environment with large group pvp where their single target heals canāt keep everyone up and chain heal proves to be more advantagous.
small scale pvp? ya they are decent. but certainly not so much better than purge range hamstring that they trump;

The devs either knew what they hell they were doing and were clearly biased or they are that bad at balancing back then.

Not to downplay the stun resist, as it is very powerful. But, I believe itās 25% for orcs without talents.
Paladins are best as a support healer rather as noted here. The single target healing, while potent, is easy overwhelm when lots of people are getting damaged.
Secondly, the holy paladin healing play style, when compared to other classes, imo is less fun and feels less like being a paladin than other play styles. I think itās largely for this reason (that paladin healing is mostly static, though there are exceptions of course) that many paladins donāt heal in BGs and you find so many rets.
Thirdly, in PvP, rets are fine IF they realize that they also have buffs and heals to give in addition to whacking people. Evidently, this is really rare.
I donāt know why I decided to respond to this specifically, but there you have it.

OH right this was about que times. I think the best way to mitigate this is to reroll alliance. Itās honestly not as bad as you thinkā¢

If Horde can fight Horde and Ally can fight Ally inside of BGs ONLY, the queues would be SIGNIFICANTLY reduced.

You should have listenned to the people who actually want to pvp, rolling alliance for that reason.

They donāt realize how deep of a hole theyāve already dug
To get people from the horde en mass to swap to alliance, alliance would need to have as clear of an advantage over horde as horde currently has over alliance
If they buffed everything to make it equal it wouldnāt be enough incentive for horde to quit their guilds and level 1-60.
ā¦ how does the fact that there are about 4-5% more people playing Alliance service wide contribute to longer Horde queue times?
This has to be a troll, no one is this dumb to think blizzard is making queue for horde intentionally longerā¦

Hereās the only fix you should ask for. We know they arenāt going to rebalance a map, so ask if they can put in a one time faction transfer horde to alliance only. Even if a small amount do this you at least get a double effect, every horde to alliance is one more queuing for us and one less for you.

I play Horde because i like Horde, and hate the Alliance experience. I hate the races, i hate the sanctimonious āweez dah gud gaizā storylines, i hate the architectire, i hate the zones, you name it.

The people on this forum (me included) do NOT represent the average player. People on this forum are all concerned about a tiny racial advantage. People on this forum also represent less than 1% of the player base.

People who are interested in certain activities gravitate to specific factions. There are MORE people playing Alliance, yet Horde have massively higher queue times.
Why?
People who roll Alliance dont seem to want to PVP as much.

Fact is, there isnāt a solution in the Classic framework.
Even though it negatively impacts me, i 100% understand and agree that it shouldnāt be changed.
We all knew what it was going to be going in.

The numbers Iāve seen came from comparing city numbers, which could easily be explained by the fact that alliance stay in cities more than horde because horde are busy ganking alliance who donāt retreat to cities
The numbers come straight form Blizzard AND are supported by ALL THREE of the major census sites.

Alliance is the larger faction, service wide. A lot of PvE servers are 65+% Ally.
People who treat the factions like they are interchangeable gaming experiences are brainless.

Iād rather quit than play Alliance.
Its worse. So bad that in 15 years, ive never managed to get an Alliance toon past 20 because its so awful, boring, stale, and crappy.
