I’ve made several posts and in-game tickets about this over the years. It’s so obnoxious that nobody will fix this and I’m not the only one that’s had this issue. I’ve had people here tell me to create an in-game ticket, and I’ve had GMs respond to in-game tickets asking me to make a post here on the forums, it’s laughable and I’m not looking for any advice, I’m looking for someone that can fix the issue.

As you can see, the pet count is 0.

For some reason, this one does work. As you can see, 1850 unique pets.
Around half of my characters across 2 different WoW accounts have this issue. I don’t know what caused it, one day most of my toons just went down to 0. It wouldn’t bug me so much if it wasn’t happening on my main character for collection tracking.
I’m probably just shouting into the void and this will never be fixed, but every once in a while it annoys me enough to make another post about it. Maybe this time it will reach the right person? Real glad that I can’t share and show off the collection of pets I spent years building, because… reasons? So awesome! Happy customer right here!
