Are there any active pet battle communities these days?
I’m thinking Saturday 14th March (during pet battle week)
maybe 4pm in the afternoon USA central time
I am happy to host it and arrange the tournament + rules + prizes

Interesting… what sort of rules would you make? Banned pets? Must announce pet teams or keep them hidden? Theme team rounds (all spiders, same color, etc)?
open to suggestions, but I’m thinking just pick your own teams

still thinking about it
it would be fun to have themed tournaments and more interesting rules, but we have so few tournaments I wouldn’t want to hamper people from using new pets and showcasing what they’ve come up with this xpac

To the person asking about a pet banlist - do you think there are ban worthy pets?

I’d suggest a format of:
10 unique pets per person. Best 2 of 3, no repeats (so they use up to 9 per match-up).
The developers have said that hermit crab accidentally has higher total stats than intended. That’s a place to start… but banning pets doesn’t necessarily mean they’re too strong, it’s just a good way to switch things up.
