Personal resource bar personal buffs not showing

Looks like they intend to revert the change.

Did they remove buffs attached to your personal resource display?

We’re currently working on re-enabling the Show Personal Cooldowns checkbox. Our goal is to restore the ability to have personal buffs appear on the resource bar. Thank you for your feedback!
