Permaflag at 60

Even though Mankrik is a pve server, I am sure that a lot of people here like world pvp and would be playing on a pvp server if not for friends or perhaps a distaste for ganking.

My thoughts are this… in order to encourage world pvp, what if players interested permaflag at 60? I’m totally up for it and hope others are as well.
