Why can we no longer disable XP above previous expansion level cap?

In BFA I had a level 111 Dh that I farmed Leather with.

I didnt play SL very much

I just tried to disable XP for my 61 DH and the option is not there. Was this intended? Please dont tell me this was their answer to dungeon boosting with XP off twinks.

My guess would be that it is an oversight. I’d post in the bug forums to be on the safe side.
