Unfortunately… I never got the Trans-Dimensional Bird Whistle. So I can’t get him. 
Move the playhead to around 6:05. This implies Pepe will be obtainable. Or maybe I’m reading too much into it…

That’s the one I’ll be using. Was lucky enough to get it during late DF Winter Veil. The old way, the WoD way, that’s a little complicated for me lol.
It’s not… really. My husband and I did most of it before we knew about the achievement. You’d be surprised what you have completed already.
