I can tell you Blizz will not support the transaction. If your guild member hands
over their gold, and either does not get the code, or the code they are given does
not work. Blizzard will not give them their gold back.
If is it illegal, Pepsi would be the one to sue. Blizz just sells them the codes.
I am filing my report with the FBI now.

what is effen annoying is the contant spam in trade chat, if anything this should at least be service chat stuff, selling a service of going to get the code physically and sending it to you in game.

Blizzard knowingly scamming people out of money with this mount. I redeemed my points and WAS NEVER emailed the mount key. I even redeemed it a week before it “SOLD OUT” and still nothing, then Blizzard edited and LOCKED my title on my post when I called them out about it

They are if they’re the ones who made the mount and is actively editing my posts to cover up the fact that they scammed me
They arent the ones that distribute the mount to players.

I’ve emailed Mtn. Dew support and Blizz support about this. It is ridiculous how long its been and not a single response from them about this
Regardless, its in Mtn Dews court.
Blizzard does not control Mtn Dews dispersal of rewards. A support ticket to Blizzard will just say “talk to Mtn Dew”. Because Mtn Dew is who is at fault.

Blizzard is just at fault. They made the mount. They edited and locked the title of my thread. They know Mtn. Dew support is nothing but an automated robot.

If thats how you feel, sorry. But Blizzard is not at fault for someone else not giving you a mount reward. Thats not how it works.
I sincerely hope the issue gets worked out for you. Just realize you need to press Mtn Dew. The people actually at fault.

I mean this is pretty much required if you don’t live in America.
Nevermind, you can’t transfer gold cross-region. But you can sell the codes for real money.
They are apparently already on sale on ebay, among other places, which seems to be treating them like the old TCG mounts and pets. I don’t recall hearing of anyone getting into strife for selling or purchasing any of those so…maybe the same situation applies?
Of course, if a buyer risks getting ripped off and is, that’s sadly their loss.
