What irks me, you call them out and people reply with “who cares?”
I called out a healer for not healing and i was the one that got voted out. I’m pretty sure there were a few people from same guild to initiate the vote but still… LFR is literally the worst. It worked out because i got into another raid right away and got credit for the boss that hadn’t been pulled yet so i didn’t mind too much. Got my 7 for the vault on that toon so i didnt have to requeue for that wing. The point is LFR folks are the worst. Lol

Yes in theory, no in practice.
I haven’t healed LFR since MOP but I’ll tell you exactly was happening. I’ll get in the group and inspect all the healers, the I’ll whisper the best geared one whose prob there for LULz or a class trink or evo legendary and ask them if they want to carry a little more so I can Dps for a change.
To make up for them I’ll queue as DPS and then run around bandaging people.
But if you introduce that the fights would be a lot longer…
Every LFR I got in I just tell other healers to go dps
2 tanks 5 healers 18 dps
Out of 13 classes, 4 have only dps specs - hunter, rogue, lock, mage
If someone can queue as a healer to make the queue faster, I don’t see what’s bad about that?? You suddenly have to “pick up the slack”? There is like nothing to heal in LFR…
Honestly this is the sort of thing that doesn’t really bother me at all. LFR is very easy and so long as the group is still progressing, it makes no difference to me what role people run as vs. what they queued as.
As a tank. These people sound like scum. I’d vote kick em.

Depends on the fight. If people spread like crazy, even your best healer will fail. Doesn’t matter how big the number is if the number doesn’t land.
There’s nothing to heal in lfr LOL its the most minimal damage and a single healer can pick up any slack. Crazy this is a issue
