I work as pediatric nurse in California, and I live with my family in Colorado. Lots of travel, but I rack up the miles. It really makes the family time soooo much more important.

I’m a CWI ( Certified Welding Inspector) and hold the API 1104, API 510, and API 570 certifications. I inspect pressure piping, in-service pressure vessels, etc. I’m a welders nightmare lol.

I used to tell people I was a hired gun in the employ of a communist regime, but it tended to confuse people.
So I just tell them I am cop now and then spend twenty minutes listening to bizarre and highly unlikely scenarios that one of their friends found themselves in.
Might go back to the mercenary bit.

Pretty much everything that will hold a pipe, U-bolts included. The factory I work at makes everything from 3/4" CPVC hangers to heavy duty pipe clamps for up to 36" diameter pipe.
I think that is a much more stressful and demanding job than working in the front of the airplane. Oh, and being a flight attendant is hard I’d imagine, too.

I do a little of this and a little of that.
Mostly website design/hosting type crap with ad revenue as well.
Very little stress and lots of free time.
I’m an ex-restaurant manager turned retail drone.
However, it was more of a tactical move because this particular company treats its employees exceedingly well and is constantly pushing for every individual to work towards getting promoted up the ranks.
As just an associate I get to enjoy paid holidays/sick days/vacation time/breaks and better insurance than I ever had at my previous job. The pay is a bit less at this point, but my sanity thanks me for the switch.
Weve had politicians, presidents, Navy Seals, Special Forces, economic strategists, doctors, lawyers, celebrities, professional athletes, Anonymous, members of the CDC (you know after that little in game outbreak some of them actaully came over to see what was going on and how it reflected real life),…but I highly doubt we have ever had an astronaut on here.
Id venture to say that we have had nearly everything but that in here.
Was military, combat arms. It was all fun and games until my wow account got HACKED, the only time that ever happened. And I was away for many months so I couldn’t do anything about it. Then when I got my account back had to get new email address too.

I’m a freelance writer. I’ve done jobs for pretty much everything you can imagine. I’m tying up the finale of a novel which I hope to turn into a series of books, but for actual day-to-day living I’ve written everything from adverts to copy-blog.

Aerospace engineer here. I’ve been working for the same company for 20 years now. It runs in cycles of feast or famine. Right now now plate is overflowing, but the work is interesting enough that I keep plugging away.
