I’m getting tired of spending 30 minutes building a group just for it to fall apart because some idiot is a snow flake and just leaves immediately over nothingness. It’s a waste of everyone else’s time.

Because that same person adding another 30 minutes to the time wasted as they run out the clock on top of increased repair costs is definitely an improvement.
