If the group had other people who can do the incorporeal CC, you probably don’t want the paladins getting turn evil. They really should only be taking that if they expect to have to solo the affix, and to take that they’ll likely have to give up on utility you really want them to have for BH. Unless the other player in the group was a warrior or dk, the paladins weren’t your only problem either if nobody wanted to do it.
That said, your class can literally solo the affix at minimum cost.
