Blizz going to just ignore the fact that Penance AU is rotting away. Let players transfer off it !!

I don’t know why they said they would actively manage servers…penance has been dead since p3 with prob 200 players between both factions.

Please merg penance with shadowstrike or wild growth etc so we can play an mmo properly

I knew this was what would happen so in p1 I started on wild growth and yea from past experience it was the best decision. Ping is not a problem honestly it’s classic it’s not like you’re pressing a million buttons like retail.

We are oceanic we don’t want US ping go play there if that’s what you want but they shouldn’t open transfers that intentionally kill servers and regions.

If Penance is already dead, and those players went anywhere but Shadowstrike, how does it kill Shadowstrike or Oceanic?

Because they are oceanic players and should play in oceanic region if they didn’t want to be part of the oceanic region they should of played on NA originally.

Opening transfers from OCE to NA even just for penance then sets a precedent for people complaining about shadowstrike wanting transfers to NA which then kills the server.

There are already threads including 1 of the guys posting in here complaining and wanting xfers open from shadowstrike even when the population is fine.

Why should oceanic region suffer because you won’t play on the pvp oceanic server ?

Answer is it shouldn’t and if you don’t want to be on a dead pve server then your option should be to be ablle to transfer to shadowstrike and that’s it.

Stay on penance then no pvp there no people either you can play alone just how you want to.

You can play with others without it being a pvp realm. Dungeons and Raids are a thing.

I got a taste of pvp servers back in 2019 with arugal, never gain. Ill take high ping pve servers over local pvp servers each and every time but i get those that dont want it. I’ve just gotten used to it so it doesn’t bother me. After all we’ve played retail for years before we got oceanic realms so it doesn’t feel alien to me to play on high ping.

So you just want us to rot in our region because you say so? we are US connected for everything in retail and even battle grounds. you wanting us to shut up and sit down makes me dismiss your opinion based on all lack of merit

OCE regeion was only made a thing in WoD because of how they changed raids needing really quick reflexes and having OCE on 200MS latency was not going to make a good raiding experience.

So fine is less than half (36.5%) the logged raiders than Living flame?

so PvE players should suffer because we don’t want to PvP?

No the option should be the ability to move to the same realm type that we are playing on now or add warmode to Shadowstrike so we can PvE in peace and the PvP players can PvP.

honestly 2 -3 servers 1 pvp 1 pve and rppvp world mixed

Should only be 1 oceanic server pvp and that’s it.

I am from NA and play on EU servers with zero issues. This was a real issue years ago, but its WAY better now and most of all playable.

This is with a dog water computer too.

Nah, already migrated to WG. Made an alt, got it to 60, got all my reps back up.

Would rather do this again than play on a PvP server. If you wanna merge, then merge shadowstrike with penance. People can flag if they want to pvp.

If youre hoping for an influx of people from Penance to resurrect your slightly less dead server then you’re out of luck.
