Yea starting at 4k it seems like it should only get to 7k if you have one stack of PM and CF, but I was getting to 9.2k in a test where I had 4.5k as the lowest value. You’d think that would only go to low 8k if it was just * 1.2 * 1.5. Not sure what the formula is.
I couldn’t get 3 values when I completely dropped CF though so I don’t think PM is stacking.
I also had 1/2 grace of the crane in one spec I was testing it with at first and dropped that at one point, but that wouldn’t explain it either I don’t think.
