Despite having sufficient funds on my card, the payment is not going through / being accepted on your end. Is there a way to fix this? I’m currently locked out of the game as my sub has expired.
I would contact billing via live chat. This would be the fastest way to get an answer.

I’ve tried to twice, no one is responding. I’ve got a window open now trying again.
Do not navigate away from the window or it will close your ticket.
I just looked right now, and it says Live Chat Estimated wait time 5 minutes
Edit. Just looked at post time and hopefully that means this is now resolved
