The Path of Glory is a road that leads from the foot of the Stair of Destiny to Hellfire Citadel, dividing the eastern half of Hellfire Peninsula. Upon closer inspection, the Path of Glory appears to be completely paved with trampled bones - the bones of the draenei victims of the Horde’s demon-crazed genocidal rampage shortly before the opening of the Dark Portal
The orcs killed about ninety percent of the draenei race. The ruins of towns and temples of the draenei can be found in many places in Outland, but this road is the most extant example of the orc genocide on the draenei people themselves.
Will we ever get rich story content like this again? Or will WoW get more of Xalataths feet?

I left out the 2nd part of the comment cause I am just so tired of people posting about her grippers. And the answer is:
Only if we can get rid of Ion and bring back Greg.
We need a story line with Yrel on her mad quest to exact revenge on the Orc race. She should be allowed to wipe out at least half their race and raise Orgimmar to the ground. I think that’s fair.
Also Thrall needs to die. Preferably with his wife and kids. Fairs fair.

I feel there should be “evil” light side fanatics coming soon in the story of wow. There was already foreshadowing of it dating back in Legion.
Would a cinematic of her feet floating along the path of glory be enough to bridge the gap for you?
I think Chris actually wrote that the orcs used the draenei’s bone to carve the path of glory.
Mass-genocide on that scale, is very rare in WoW.
There was the Burning of Teldrassil which probably killed a similar amount of people, but that was years ago at this point. BfA intro basically.
Oh and Gnomeregan, the radiation killed like 90% of all Gnomes that lived there lol. Whoops.
Personally I like women better than construction works lol
Oh look, another poster who thinks a ‘rich story’ is synonymous with ‘death, death, and more death’.
