Sounds like you would give up Grounding and Shamanism to take Lasso/Counterstrike totem/Burrow which is massive utility loss and damage loss.

We are largely stuck with Shamanism and Grounding Totem, only time you dont take grounding is vs war+ww monk. So you have 1 slot left to pick between lasso/counterstrike/burrow. If you are picking all 3 of those you are nerfing yourself hard.

Enh is definitely more of an anti caster. Root and Cap are both dispellable and there are multiple melee that can get out of your root every 30 sec (ww monk, feral druid) by themselves as well. Hex is also dispellable via curse dispel, so any druid spec, shaman spec or mage spec can dispel it. Lasso used to be very helpful vs melee but due to it being an honor talent it is extremely difficult to justify grabbing, especially on the beta where we play Totem of Wrath even with Stormbringer.

Losing Thunderstorm dramatically hurt Enhancements ability to deal with melee. On top of all of our cc being dispellable and having less mobility than other physical melee it is pretty difficult to keep them off of you, in most cases that won’t happen.

it depens , i usually plays Shamanism Grounding and burrow as default build , but every round i swap talents depending the situation this is what i am saying and we have a good toolkit but we have to adapt every rounds depending the situation it’s all im saying
