All my characters are popping up as “Character not found”

2 weeks later the same thing happened again??
Same, I was playing, got weird lag, game wouldn’t even let me close, had to kill it in task manager. Get back on and no characters. Sigh.
Also… it’s really irritating when you are looking at an article in the forums and click login to make a reply, and it takes you back to the main forum page so you have to find the post you were on again. I mean…forums have been able to remember where you were logging in from for 20+yrs… why not Blizzard’s?
