Accessibility Issue - Disable New Spell Animations? - Patch 10.1.5

Is there any way to disable the new cast bar spell animations and revert to how it was before the new patch? I have eye issues and the new animations make it harder to see the CDs and recharge timers. The new animations look cool, but unfortunately for my eyes it makes everything a little blurry at times and generally much harder to see. I was told to post this here by customer support from tech support thread. Thank you!
