I think “face reveal” is kind of an understatement when considering the third episode in the show.
Lol, I made a joke after episode 3 to a friend about how it should have been named “Hokey” instead of “Halo”, but showing Master Chief’s face wasn’t what really bothered me. Of course they were going to show his face, especially after The Mandalorian did the whole “always wears his helmet” schtick.
Nah, the biggest offense this show makes is that it’s very…mediocre? Safe? It just feels like one of those sci-fi shows in the late 2000’s early '10s that weren’t terrible, but just felt generic like Falling Skies, Defiance, or Revolution…just more CG and less practical effects.
