How does saying “something sucks” translate to a “traumatic experience?” Is there some reason this offends you?

Causes “Trauma” was probably too strong of a word. “Concern” or “discomfort” maybe?
Most players seemed to be relieved that if they didn’t want to farm rep, they didn’t have to.

There needs to be rewards for players with different preferences and playstyles.
No, I don’t think they should remove all persistence rewards and turn them into something you can one shot with a 100% drop rate.
I collect mounts and I agree with him. The game is supposed to be enjoyable and there is no rule that says you have to have every single one of them. So guess what I skip the ones that are annoying for me to do.

There are lots of mounts that suck to collect. For some, it’s worth the grind. Others ignore them. I have spent no time at all grinding paragon mounts, though I have spent the last 10 years farming archaeology for my stupid Vial of the Sands recipe.
We all have things we think are worth farming, and others that aren’t. I don’t personally think Blizzard needs to make the hardest things easier as long as we’re talking vanity/collector items.
Try not enjoyable, not satisfying and not necessary.
I don’t enjoy having RNG collectibles tacked on to reputations after I get exalted.
It isn’t the end of the world, but I’d prefer if they didn’t do it. Like I said earlier though it would be a lot better if all the collectible RNG rewards were BoE, not just the pets.
Personally I think way more RNG items, especially mounts, should be BoE across the board.

I can’t imagine the hell that is mount collecting but more power to ya if you enjoy it.
We are at an impasse. I rather enjoyed the few that dropped for me in paragon cashes . You dont enjoy. Luckily we both have a handful of ways to get some mounts here and there! Take care!
Just hit another Paragon with Court of Harvesters, still no pet.
Just gold, sinstone fragments and rubies I didn’t need.
Two more Paragon caches today from The Wild Hunt.
One on this character and one on Druid. Both got gold only. Still no sign of a pet.
Been a while since I opened a Harvester Paragon cache, once again no pet…
It’s the only non-currency reward that can be in the box, but the bat just refuses to come home to me.

Finally got some of the pets from these stupid Paragon caches semi-recently.
This thread also inspired me to go back to Legion cache farming. 
Finally got the Valarjar Stormwing a week or so ago.
I think I’ve opened about 2 dozen more Nightfallen with nothing to show other than two duplicate fox hunt starters, 3 of the caches today alone…
Still need 1 more Army of Light paragon mount, but I haven’t been going at that one hard like the Nightfallen.
