Yeah this issue has been going on since 10.1.5 and was reported back then. I was hoping we’d move away from it with the trinkets being made irrelevant but then they boosted the item level of all Dreamsurge and Time Rift rewards, so here we are.
Here’s the original thread. This trinket wasn’t discovered as the source until further in.
