I really dislike the pandas but I agree
They got put into the game.
A lot of players identify with them.
The very least they could do is show their leaders from time to time.
Remember in the post legion celebration when he didn’t even get invited to the horde leader party?

I’m among the biggest supporters of panda relevance ever and it’s why i keep pushing for Female Pandas dating Human men. I have been on this wagon since day 1.
As for Male Pandas, i think they should go back to the drawing board they simply look ugly atm and not remotely attractive. they need a massive model overhaul and be more akin to female pandas in terms of body shape.
They should focus on them looking cute, less muscle and especially less on beards.

I’d agree about the beards to an extent but if them being chubby or plump is one reason I’d have to disagree…it’s in the lore they value their men with big bellies. You even get looked down on in MoP by at least one panda for not having a big belly. Although… on the note of pandas dating other races that’s fine with me… I mean we got the possibly gay relationship between two humans why not idk a panda girl and a vulpera vixen or a female tauren with a panda…or if it’s someone’s cup of tea a goblin and a panda. Only race combo as far as dating I can see them doing real easy is a dwarf and a panda as they both love their ale and good food.
I was really surprised not to see Chen Stormstout more often in BfA.
He would have made a miles better balance character than Baine.

yeah… I think Baine needs to take a time out for a bit… all the torture turned him into such a loser character lately. His girlfriend Mayla can handle the tauren for a bit… and seeing Chen pop up would be nice as he’s a lovable panda we need more of
I still love how Ji’s involvement in BfA was sitting up on top of the ship’s sails drunk off his bum and fighting dinosaurs.
Honestly, dude has every right to not even want to be part of the Horde. He joins and not too long later is almost executed in the entrance of Orgrimmar and had to get rescued by his Alliance girlfriend? I would’ve left the Horde almost immediately. I guess drunk fighting dinosaurs is what helps him cope.

I’m not sure who was in charge of the story for MoP, but the Pandaren strike me as basically another Lost polar bear. Remember the tv show Lost and how there was a polar bear in a couple of episodes, but they never really did anything with it?
Pandaren in WoW are basically the same thing. The writers of Lost added a polar bear without knowing why or what purpose it would serve. Whoever did the story for MoP did the same thing with the Pandaren: they got added without anyone really knowing why or what purpose they would serve in the larger story.
Now we are stuck with a race that none of the current writers really know what to do with. So they just have Ji drunk fighting dinosaurs on top of the sails of a ship.
Although, they did update Vale of Eternal Blossoms at the end of BfA, so maybe that is a sign they have found a way to make the Pandaren relevant again.
We are all panda.

I say nay! I say they need bigger and better beards! And Knees! They’re bear people. Bear men! Make 'em look formidable.
That’s the issue, they’re too manly and not attractive, not cute. It’s just not boyfriend material.
I think knees would help. Dwarf-sized beards, though. Gotta know they’re strong and ready to hold the line. Panda ladies look strong despite their cuteness but panda men are built like bean bags with arms. Build 'em more like Kul’tirans and you’ve gotten somewhere good.
