Youre right when it started in cata. Mop didnt recover any numbers. Seems it was consistently losing people like cata.
WoD actually at the start spiked up and brought people back who left in MoP. But then it quickly nose dives back down to mops levels.

It must be really cheap to make these classic versions because I thought they did remix in an attempt to give a nod to MoP but as a sign that they werenāt doing classic MoP. And remix is coming back at some point too right? Itās very confusing. They are going to have like 19 versions of WoW and much like the confusing nature of the game to a new player, this is becoming the same.

All these game devs just making remakes/remasters or classic version of their games. I think devs are just creatively bankrupt at this point.
Iām more excited to play classic MOP with my partner than I am with where retail is going over the next year. Iām looking forward to the campaign of MOP unlocking over time as opposed to level and hope they put the Wrathion questline back.

I look at this sort of thing as telltale sign you didnt like it the first time around because I have games I adore and can still play to this day. If you love a game you can play it forever, if you get this feeling you describe, then you probably either played it out of necessity or simply because you didnt have anything better to do, and not because of any genuine entertainment.

Well, and thatās the other thing, and I donāt know, but even if I did want to play MoP Classic, I have no desire to level a toon to 80(?) to start it. Iād much rather just start with MoP and skip all the rest.
But, yea, itās still too close after Remix. I did Loremaster already this year.

Im ok with having fun with a game then moving on. There are some I replay some I donāt.
When is classic vanilla restarting? I think I may try it if it came around again.
