This would be an easy one for Blizz to implement, since both Horde and Alliance have access to them and their culture venerates four Wild Gods.
Guardian Form - Celestial Ox
Feral Form - Celestial Tiger
Moonkin form - Celestial Crane
Travel Form (Ground) - Goat
Travel Form (Water) - Beaver/Koi/Turtle
Travel Form (Flight) - Cloud Serpent or Celestial Cloud Serpent

Use bear form! Visible panda confusion.

Around the 12th of never.
In all seriousness I see no reason for pandaren to be druids from a lore standpoint . . . maybe in a few expansions but as of now no.

The irony of a Gnome Hunter saying that.

Never, apparently. No one plays Pandaren and Blizzard ignores them.
How so? Beast taming has no size limit . . . Unless you think wild animals submit to humanoids goblin size and up without trying to kill them.
There are people who still think you shouldn’t exist.
Well unless those folk have a non sized based argument they are kinda wrong. There’s no “source” of hunter power that lets them shoot ranged weapons and befriend beasts, just and understanding of nature and weapons skills.
Druids on the other hand have a few very specific paths that not everyone can pick up, hence why they are so limited.
Not all wild gods grant druidism with Gonk being the first of the loa to allow access outside of the ancients.
Gonk taught the Darkspear tribe how to contact the loa in a different way than they had before, thus allowing them to serve all the nature spirits at the same time instead of only one at a time as they used to do as loa priests (witch doctors). The other loa, such as Shirvallah, were against this but Gonk forced their hands in order to defeat Zalazane, who had trapped several loa inside the Emerald Dream. Through this method the Darkspear became druids, though the other loa are not happy about it and want the trolls to continue worshiping them one at a time.
Wouldnt it be Ox for Tank, Tiger for melee spec, Crane for Ranged and the Dragon/Cloud Serpent for Heal spec?
I should clarify something . . . don’t mean to put down your idea but lore does have a part to play on class distribution. Current Pandaren lore does not give them any true connection to Druidism at this point. Now this could change down the line but as it currently stands it’s not in the cards.
Also gnome not being able to be hunters stopped making sense the moment goblins were added and they gave humans and undead the class . . . so everyone but gnomes could use ranged weapons and tame beasts? Where be Tha logic?
Mistweavers are doing bad enough as it is. Besides, Tree of Life is a talent and not a default thing for druids.
Kinda been the running joke with gnome warlocks-- though that could be because of fizzlebang.
Loved it, small suggestion:
Turtle or koi fish, I feel would be more a propos to the theme?
I would play the crap out of one, as much as I love my tauren drood.
Never said there was logic behind being against it, quite the opposite. Doesn’t change that you guys and goblins had to fight uphill for years to get hunters.
Speaking of Goblins, I’m kind of skeptical about “lore importance” behind giving a race a class when they let Goblins be Shamans.
Goblin Shaman villains? Sure, they fit the same vein as Dark Shamans, but heroic Goblin Shamans? Oof.

If their bear form is a bear they should have an internet meme ability. If it’s a barrel I’ll be jealous…hic!
I’m not insinuating this should be a retcon, but a new development.
That I agree with . . . felt like an excuse to shoehorn in another horde shaman race. Feels the most out of place of all the goblin class options, especially considering what they did to Kezan. Uuuuugh . . . say what you will about gnomes and the environment, but gnomeregan was an accident, Kezan was intentional (reminds me of Jersey city or something)
