I think this is the most likely scenario from this datamine.
Only issue is that the DKs abilities and talent tree start at level 55. But that’s a pretty easy thing to change, to start the talent tree at 15 now, and scale abilities to appropriate damage at sub-55 levels.

See, my problem is not really with lore of Pandaren being DK’s its that the aesthetics just clash way to hard with there cultural identity. But to be fair I think it does this with a lot of races as well so its w/e.

If they’re getting Death Knights they better get Warlocks too. If I can’t be a Sethrak, I at least want to be fat and fuzzy.

Because it was a sh*t-show. Obviously.
Pandaren are the next obvious choice for Druids. The only reason they aren’t is because the devs though “bear turns into more different bear” was too silly. But with Zandruids, we can clearly see that doesn’t need to be an issue. Celestial Druid forms would rock. Black Ox Guardian, White Tiger Feral, Red Crane Balance, and instead of a Tree of Life form, a giant badass Jade Dragon form.
