This is from the current shop page:
" * Level 85 Character Boost (Progression) also usable on Pandaren race and Monk class characters (available with the release of Mists of Pandaria™ Classic Pre-Expansion Content Update, planned July 2025)."

Can you boost any non-monk Pandas? Or has the restriction been lifted completely on launch?

Blizzard will allow it then keep the Realm First achieves around to boost sales :rofl:

You can boost Non-Pandarian Monks but Pandarians can’t be boosted. We should be able to race change them though.

Pandaren can be boosted now as of an update yesterday
